BBVA incorporates the recommendations of the Unified Good Governance Code into its Board Regulations

Following the inclusion of these recommendations, the structure of the regulations remains unchanged, i.e. a distinction is made between regulations covering directors, and the competencies and operating rules for the bank's management bodies and board committees.
