The Dividend Reinvestment Plan is an attractive formula which allows you to reinvest the net dividends from your share portfolio into BBVA shares.

The Dividend Reinvestment Plan has the following characteristics:

• Holding a remunerated Special Reinvestment Account at an excellent nominal interest rate: 8% (A.P.R: 8.16%) and not subject to banking expenses and commissions.
• In which we shall credit the net dividends generated from the shares which you have selected: BBVA, Telefónica, Endesa, SCH and Repsol and with the percentage you have chosen for each one of them (can be different for each one of the stocks).
• You can choose the reinvestment period: two (twice-yearly) or four times a year (quarterly).
• The reinvestment is performed at market prices and is free of commissions and expenses.
